Linda Gulabovska is ranked as one of the top 5 Property Managers in Australia! A finalist of the national property manager of the year award 2017, at the recent Leading Property Managers Australia event! What a great achievement! 

Linda Gulabovska is a licensed Real Estate Agent with over 23 years of experience in the Housing Industry, currently our Senior Property Manager at Right Choice Real Estate. Linda holds a wealth of knowledge within the industry. A Senior Property Manager since 2004, previously having managed Clarendon Homes Southern Region for six years and several years in Public Housing as a Housing Officer with the Illawarra Housing Trust.

Many years in the housing industry have given Linda the gift of being an excellent negotiator, having the ability to work through any crisis situation with the minimum of stress and disruption.

Linda manages our Property Management team and oversees our entire portfolio. Linda’s problem solving skills are second to none! Diligent, proficient and professional. Linda strives on providing excellence in service to both Landlords and Tenants. Linda’s constant focus and commitment to her role, is reflected by achieving a minimum of rental arrears and turnover of tenancies. Linda is not easily intimidated and therefore has the ability to represent Landlords with exceptional outcomes, when required to attend hearings determined by NCAT. Linda’s effervescent personality shines through in everything she does.

Linda also assisted the local community, being the founding member of the steering committee that went on to lobby the government for funding to construct the Flinders Primary School. After many years of persistence, funding was granted and the school was in fact constructed, enabling classes to commence operation in 2003. Linda lives in the local area and has three young adult children, who are also successful in their chosen careers.

Linda’s achievements to date of awards are; Principal's Merit Award Annual Corporate Awards in 2006. Property Manager of the Year for zone 1 Annual Corporate Awards in 2007 and the prestigious Illawarra Award of “Office Star of the Year 2008” awarded from a local community radio station Wave FM.

Headache-free Management.....Linda and Right Choice

Linda is an absolute champion

I have rented out my property through Linda Gulabovska. She too is an absolute champion. Very prompt, gets things done straight away and her communication skills are outstanding - just what you want from a real estate agent managing your property! I've never had an issue thanks to her superb management of my property.
